Our Band has seen a few stages, first of all, Me(Dicky), Craig and McD were in a band called When Utensils Attack which had a Guitarist called Martyn, who then left, then I left with Martyn and we were in a Garage Band which lasted a while, but we then broke up after the guitarist left.
Meanwhile Craig and McD were in a band with Some other band, which also didnt last too long since their guitarist left, now 3 members of the original band are back together, and Martyn is in some other band that is missing a Bassist, but I dont wanna join their band.
Onto Our Name.......we've always had a fairly decent sense of humour(sick as hell really) in the band, laughing at old people, scruffs, townies, people who walk funny, mullets, rappers and any sell out rock. We were originally called ShoeFayre, but we decided we needed a more serious name. Victim Of Society came form politically influenced punkers Pennywise, from their song "victim of reality"

Band's past and influences
ok, here's each band members pasts, influences and other general crap that no-one really wants to know about but we'll talk about it anyway.
Dicky:
I'm from some crappy little town called Stanley, which is near Newcastle in the North-East of england. I was one of those kids who got bullied, and I grew up to hate those kind of people, and suddenly got into punk rock, which caused even more discrimination and pain.
I'd have to say the Bands that influence me most would be Bad Religion, Pennywise, Millencolin and Muse and my role Model would be Jay Bently or Flea.

I'm from a crappy little village near Stanly where Craig and Dicky are from.
I, unlike Dicky, didn't have such a bad time growing up, well, not so far, I didn't get bullied and stuff, I just, went off and did my own thing...i started to listen to Punk when Tony Hawks Pro Skater game came out, thats also what started me skating...my fave bands are Slayer, Bad Religion, Millencolin, Pennywise, Rancid, Goldfinger, The Offspring, Mudvayne, Pantera, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, AFI, Amen, Sick Of It All, System Of A Down, Eric Clapton, Cream, Madball, Zeke, The Vandals...there is loads more, but i can't be bothered to put them in here!
My Idols are Probably Dave Lombardo, Paul Bostaph of Slayer and Ginger Baker of Cream
